Pre-Orders

Full Tank is currently taking pre-orders as we finalize production with our manufacturing partner. Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 4–6 weeks of your order date. We'll email you if timing changes.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is ready to ship, most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods or product launches.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times within the United States are 5–10 business days after your order ships. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping Address Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. Contact us right away if you notice an error — we'll do our best to help, though we can't guarantee changes once an order enters processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Full Tank isn't responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with household members and your local carrier first, then contact us.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
